Chronomancy huh? I can do that too, but I'm forbidden to use it often. I only use it to slow time around my enemies.

Chronomancy, is very taboo..... That is something no mortal should even begin to tamper with, as too much damage can be done with it.

That's true. The damage could be catastrophic. My dohjutsu, Ryujingan (Eye of the Dragon King) is similar to Sharingan, but it also slows time around me. Thats as far to Chronomancy as i allow myself to go. The Kohryu of the past forbade each generation to use it due to its disrupt the natural flow.

i never said i liked using it i only used it when needed and if your being hunted down and know how to control the powers you started off with things are used for purposes of survival

Kinda feel the same way with my powers over the elements. For me and over half of the spirit world, being a spirit Ninja, I can't stand being forced to use the power of the Golden Dragon. It's like how Goku has to go Super Saiyan in DBZ only it affects all of the elements of nature. For that reason I keep it sealed with a pair limiter armlets, and I only take them off if the situation gets desperate (like when I'm fighting an Archfiend or demon emperor in the Underworld).

I may as well contribute to this thread.

My occupation is much the same as when I am awake. I am a Priestess during my waking hours, I am a Priestess during my sleeping hours no matter which of my guises I wear (storm dragon, winged ninetail kitsune, or any "learned" shape). In addition to Priestess duties (including protecting family and others from malignant spirits) I still exercise some control over weather and keeping that in balance in my area. Currently I SHOULD be assisting the kamisama with the events currently unfolding in Japan. During the tsunami troubles of the early 2000's I was very involved with the energetic care efforts and the ferrying of souls. With Japan's troubles, though it causes me much sorrow to not be able to assist in the repose and ferrying of souls, I can still assist with the healing processes by sending distant Reiki treatments. My second night out of the hospital after my surgery I asked my guardian Goruden to take me to Arashi so that I could assist him, but I irritated father by going without my mate and got both of them in a bit of trouble for not keeping me resting.

Vadise had not actually meant for me to go "by myself" when we'd discussed it during our waking hours, so he was rather exasperated with me as he'd intended to accompany me... Oops... Bad Ame. Goruden was not too pleased with me either.

Father Arashi (he has many names actually, but this is the one that he requests me to use) has recently told me that since I wore out so quickly when I DID try to do my duty (I class as minor kami, that comes with the responsibility of caring for people) he doesn't want me doing more than sending Reiki during my waking hours... He also told my mate several things I was not permitted to hear. I suspect they had to do with ways of keeping me from overstraining myself...

So currently at night I'm supposed to be resting to facilitate the rebuilding of my body after my surgery. Vadise is using his dragon form to keep me protected in his coils instead of his usual kitsune form. I have to admit that I've been sleeping better since he made that decision.

Glad to hear you are back. On my end I have strengthened my bond with Abi-Hime and can "talk" to her on a regular basis but not actually see or touch her yet except sometimes during lucid dreams.

I am pleased to hear from you again Ametatsu dono. And about the incident in Japan. That was Kurotora, my half brother's handiwork. He got fed up with some of the arrogant nature of some of the humans apparently. Personally I think that was overkill. I As a Tao Dragon deity class and one who is connected to the Amatsugami as Amaterasu's servant, perhaps I can help out with you helping take the souls to Great King Enma's Check-in station and ferry them to the Pure World. If that'll help you I think I can work something in.
And Ryunousuke, glad you and Abi can talk now.
