It sounds like a spirit connected to a living person. So it may be someone you know or knew physically. Or it may be someone from your past, hard to say with no details.

I'm a dragon and ninja with lapis lazuli eyes and gold platinum hair normally with a face that resembles Ggio Vega from Bleach (This was a pain to deal with in Ninja Academy due to the girls chasing me after class ) but when my Kohryu duties start, most of my hair turns black except the bangs and my eyes turn into gold dragon eyes with a red hue. that and I cut the ponytail off my hair to keep it out the way. White hair huh? was his outfit black and did he have a dark aura about him? was he sarcastic?

My first thought was to ask Kohryu what he was doing letting someone be so close to late for a meeting. That's what I get for skimming during break.

To the originator, did you end up going to said meeting? You may find out more about this being as time passes by. As to whether he is a yokai or a spirit, yokai is the broadest umbrella. Most Japanese spirits get classified as one type of yokai or another, depending on the time period.

RainStarDragon: Yes, I was able to go to the meeting.^^. The place if i remember correctly looked like ancient japan and have many cherry blossoms in the big garden. It felt familiar like I've been their from the past but can't remember when or why it felt familiar to me.
