Do anyone know any place or school across Japan that practice spiritual arts and subconscious control?

No schools or the like, no - but the closest thing to spiritual "training" is probably at the shrines and temples (depending on Shinto or Buddhism). There's sometimes independent "schools", but they're normally run by individuals, far from main stream (much like they are in western countries), and in my opinion, a lot of them are a little iffy. Anything other than that are most likely, as I said, connected to the shrines or certain families...

There aren't standard "lists" of these places... as for the shrines and temples, it depends - sometimes you can approach them personally and ask about, sometimes you have to go to the bigger temples. Not having done it, I'm not sure. As for the "school"-like things, like I said, they're few and not main stream - I come across one or two every now and then, but there's not real list of them... Like I said, they seem a bit dodgy to me, and probably scams... Also, they're normally more specific than what you're asking for; there's no broad groups. If you're asking for a list of the shrines and temples... um, good luck? There's millions across Japan. If you check the main shrine's websites, they sometimes have stuff about this on there - I think Mitsumine (Saitama) and Fushimi Inari (Kyoto) have something like that, but I'm not sure; it's been a while since I've read them. I'm assuming you're asking 'cause you're in/will be in Japan - so you should have enough Japanese to search for this yourself (best place to start are the superstition girls sites)? I might be more inclined to help search if I had the time, but I'm busy teaching kids Japanese at the moment ^^;
