Generic topic, I know, but I'm kinda hungry and wanted to talk about food. xD List some food you like, and some you would like to try! Right now I really like Kitsune Udon, Unagi sushi and Tamago sushi. Also had Taiyaki a few weeks ago and fell in love, so delicious.  I would one day like to try Takoyaki. I've been told it's good and I've never had octopus before.

Ramen, Okonomi-yaki, Takoyaki, Inari-zushi (Kitsune Udon, anything with aburaage in it ^^; ) - they're wonderful
Don't know if it was a good or bad thing to have lived near Osaka, so I got to eat all this wonderful food (but now I can't <- the bad thing). OH! And gyouza is nice too!! And tendon... this list will get kinda big if I keep going XD
Takoyaki is really good, you should try it. Just... try to make sure it's takoyaki... I don't get how it can be takoyaki without the octapus... if they're no tako, it's not takoyaki. I've had a few where they've put squid in (okay, similar, but different taste), or fish, or other stuff... the best is with tako. And it is really good!!!
RAMEN IS MY FAVOURITE! I love Ramen, shouyu (soy sauce) flavour is my fav., and I like tonkatsu, miso, shio.... etc. I had promised my friends not to eat it every day... it was just... every couple of days... and I'm not including the cup-ramen XD.
As for Okonomiyaki, I think the Osaka style is the best (Hiroshima style is nice too, but I personally prefer Osaka). It's not difficult to make, but 'cause you cook it however you personally like it, I disagree with a lot of websites (and cookbooks) on the recipe XD.
...I don't know if there is any Japanese food I haven't tried... If I think of anything though, I'll add it ^^;

Oh man I did try Gyoza the other day and flippin loved it! And my favorite ramen is either Shio (salt) or Tonkatsu (pork broth).
