Rain, you reminded me ^^; !!
Perhaps a hitogata might help you, Rhaine. I can't believe I forgot about them >3>
Hitogata (人形 - same kanji as "ningyou" = doll) have many uses, but normally for some sort of purification. They are used in a big purification ceremony at Kamigamo, in Kyoto. They are normally purified by water (originally in the Kamo River for the Kamigamo I think), or burnt (which is probably better, environmentally). (if you weren't aware of what they were)
What I personally have used it for if is to get rid of negative energy and/or curses, etc., but I think it might help you here too, though I personally think more natural ways of dealing with you anger would perhaps be better, but it's only my opinion.
The way I use it is, write the name of the person (normally myself) who is affected by the energy and burn it while focusing on the energy disappearing in the smoke, or burnt away and destroyed that way. Of course, the visualisation the Rain gave before would also work - it just depends on which is better for you, I suppose. Other times, I write what it is I'm trying to be rid of, rather than a name/names, and sometimes I put the names on the back (it's better if, if there are others involved, they write their own names) and what I'm getting rid of on the front. But anyway, hitogata have worked for me in the past, so I wonder if you might like to try it - it's just a matter of finding how it best works for you.
Luckily, my origami site had an English page, so it will be easier for you. I use the Yakko-san design for my hitogata. I also use it sometimes for lucky charm sort of things. For purification, I would use white paper, though.
